Neil is very talkative
After the first song he says It's good to be here, the last will be the best ....
As a matter of fact it's his third show in a row in Los Angeles
During the show he often refers about being in LA, i.e. before Don't let it bring you down : I wrote this song in LA (crowd cheers)
In my opinion one of the best shows of the tour, I've always loved this one
Recording is pretty good and comes from a low generation tape I got back in 1983, few months after the show
Artwork is included with pictures from Santa Barbara (19.1) which should be uploaded soon by a friend who has a 1st generation tape

Back in the 80's I saw the Cleveland tape (21.2.1983) on a list of an american colector: I've always tried to get this one because it was my birthday. I'd really love if it surfaces now ...
